action-art is proud to be associated with the Higgins Forest Experience Rally School and Off Road Centre, Carno, Powys, Mid Wales, a school where champions have literally been born and bred. Owned and run by David and Kara Higgins, the school is widely acknowledged as one of the best in the world.

As an international championship winning driver, David Higgins is the principal instructor and well placed to help others to benefit from his extensive skill and experience .

Both David and brother Mark, compete professionally, David currently driving for the Suburu America Rally Team with whom he secured the 2011 Rally America Series Championship.

As the name suggests, the rally school is set within an authentic 900 acre Welsh forest and provides the full forest rally driving experience from the novice right through to the professional driver.
