McRae & Grist - 'Master Class'

Following the success of action-art print 'Commitment', 'Master Class' is a second commission by Nicky Grist and one which rally enthusiasts were keen to see produced. The painting depicts Colin McRae and Nicky Grist in action in the much revered 555 sponsored Subaru Impreza WRC. Wth its metallic blue paintwork, bold logos and gold alloys this car is arguably the one with which Colin McRae is most often associated and its success on the world rally stage certainly helped to elevate the Subaru brand to almost cult status. Once again, every print is personally signed by both the artist and Nicky Grist with a percentage of every sale being donated to the Colin McRae Vision Foundation

The title 'Master Class' was chosen for this painting as it depicts Colin doing what he did best: driving a World Rally Car extremely quickly, on this occasion during the snowy stages of the 1998 Swedish Rally.

Irrespective of demand only 800 of each of the two print sizes will be produced
