Commissioned by the McRae Vision Charity and endorsed by the McRae family 'Shakedown ’ is a limited edition fine art print by artist Fran Richley dedicated to the memory of rallying legend, Colin McRae.

Following his own championship winning success on the world rally stage, Colin’s vision was to use his extensive knowledge and expertise to produce a lightweight competition car which was affordable and capable of offering drivers of all abilities a class leading package.

Colin's vision became a carbon fibre reality in the R4 and, uniquely, the whole of the McRae family have been involved in the development of the concept, now seen and photographed by thousands at leading motor sport events. Although the lightweight R4 has never been rallied in serious competition there is no doubt that with its highly tuned Millington race engine and four wheel drive, the R4 has all of necessary ingredients to compete at the highest level of motorsport. Its aggressive stance and purposeful focus on race winning functionality ensure that the R4 will remain a fitting legacy to one of motor sport’s best loved characters.

Every large print is personally signed by both the artist and Alison McRae.

Irrespective of demand only 150 large and 75 small fine art prints will be produced.
